Registered valuer – commercial property

We are seeking a registered commercial property valuer to join our team of property valuation and advisory specialists. The ideal candidate is an experienced commercial valuer with established client relationships, the ability to work autonomously and generate new business and who may also hold the qualification of Licensed Agent REAA or Licensed Salesperson REAA. We would be especially interested in receiving enquiries from valuers specialising in infrastructure, hotel, or large-scale commercial/retail sectors who consider they would perform at a higher level and/or be better rewarded and valued in a more challenging work environment. The primary focus is on servicing and growing our infrastructure and commercial valuation and advisory work in the Auckland region – although the role will involve working nationally.

Registered valuer – rural property (dairy emphasis)

We are seeking a registered rural property valuer to join our team of property valuation and advisory specialists. The ideal candidate is an experienced rural valuer with established client relationships (especially in the dairy sector), the ability to work autonomously and generate new business and who considers they would perform at a higher level and/or be better rewarded and valued in a more challenging work environment. We would be particularly interested in receiving enquiries from registered valuers who may also hold the qualification of Licensed Agent REAA or Licensed Salesperson REAA. The primary focus is on servicing and growing our dairy sector valuation and advisory work – although the role will also involve working nationally on a variety agribusiness mandates. Our preferred locations are Canterbury, Waikato and Southland.

Remuneration

Our policy is to reward our professional staff above industry standards. The total remuneration package for each role will be negotiated based on the specific qualifications and experience of the candidate and also what that person can bring to the role in terms of existing business and networks.
