Nigel’s professional career spans over 30 years. His work has been primarily involved with property development projects and advisory work across a diverse range of property categories in New Zealand and Australia for private and public sector clients.
In addition to his property work, Nigel was CEO of a Crown economic development agency responsible for providing advice to government in relation to major events and he also has business advisory experience in the SME sector. He was formerly a Registered Valuer and Associate of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers and is an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand and a Licensed Agent.
Nigel’s diverse grounding in the property sector, combined with his public sector economic development work, offers clients a highly relevant mix of business and property knowledge and experience in the management of client assignments and outcomes.
