Case studies
Crighton Anderson has completed many large-scale valuation assignments which highlight our sound project management systems. Most notable is the property valuation, compensation assessment and strategic advice provided to Transpower New Zealand Ltd in relation to the circa 300 rural properties impacted by the proposed 400kV transmission line development through the central North Island. The scale of the 18 month valuation and advisory project very clearly demonstrates our ability to successfully deliver optimal client outcomes in relation to complex or challenging client mandates.
Typically assignments completed on behalf of our agribusiness clients have been valuation briefs for financing, financial reporting, development and rental determination purposes. We also have extensive experience and have completed many assignments for agri-sector clients in relation to compensation, rating, resource management, insurance and other complex issues.
