Crighton Anderson completed valuations on multiple properties in the North Island for financing purposes. The assets included a mix of pre-1990 and post-1989 forests which required an understanding of the complex issues associated with the Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS) and the impact on each asset class. The total transaction encompassed over 12,000 hectares of land and forests with a combined value in the order of $90 million.
