Many agribusiness enterprises today are substantial commercial operations incorporating various classes of assets and revenue streams. Crighton Anderson has completed valuations and due diligence assessments for a range of agribusiness activities for acquisition, equity raising and debt funding. Other enterprise valuations have been completed for businesses in a variety of other sectors where there is a requirement for cash flow forecasting and discount or capitalisation rate determination. This area of business valuation draws on our combined corporate finance, accountancy and valuation skills, expertise and relationships.
