Crighton Anderson team members have extensive experience in the valuation of assets employed to process and/or store primary produce. This experience includes – meat and marine processing, canneries, wineries, pack houses, cool and controlled environment stores, logistics warehouses, wool stores and scours. These valuations have been completed for a range of purposes including – disposal, acquisition, funding, financial reporting and insurance.

Our processing facility specialists offer clients a strong combination of relevant property valuation, advisory, accountancy and transactional knowledge and skills. Not only do we bring a deep understanding of property to each assignment – but we also offer a comprehensive understanding of the associated commercial and capital market imperatives. We project manage each mandate internally and employ quality control systems to maximise both technical and market accuracy.
