Crighton Anderson has undertaken the valuation of all Transpower New Zealand Ltd transmission rateable assets in New Zealand for rating valuation purposes. In representing Transpower, Crighton Anderson provided submissions to the Valuer General to obtain the separation of Transpower rating asset valuation methodology (ODRC) from that imposed on the Electricity Lines Businesses (ODV), in the preparation of the ‘Rating Valuations Rules’ that included utilities for the first time.
