We have completed many large-scale valuation projects with longitudinal timeframes which highlight our sound project management systems. Most notable is the property valuation, compensation assessment and general strategic advice provided to Transpower New Zealand Ltd in relation to circa 300 properties impacted by the proposed 400kV transmission line development through the central North Island. Not only do we bring a deep understanding of property and infrastructure to every assignment – but we also offer clients a comprehensive understanding of the associated commercial and capital market imperatives.
